Dull warm even in rest I am here today to talk to you about strained bits and grind.

Ground like cornmeal and glue, grind like fish bones only a little bit. A deer jaw washes up on a beach white clean from the sandblasting and salt crisp sea.

The lamb sheep deer jaw is sitting in a spot not immediately visible from cracked black pepper and sea salt crystal sand. The rest of the bones loosely held together by tendons, wool and plastic are also not visible from where we are standing but I wouldn’t bother looking for it as the jaw is a more interesting (read: easier) still life subject.

I put plastic in my mouth so that my fissure ceilings don’t fall out and I don’t give myself a tension headache. I am also afraid the sea might carry my sandcastle teeth in the drift and take them to bleach a baby lamb jaw. Or else take them to crash up against the sea wall to grate against the pitted stone.

Just think what you could keep in there and who might grow in there.

If I were to hook behind my back teeth and instead of popping pull forward, the teeth in there would be wiped away like excess sand from a bucket, the roots packed densely in the jaw. If you were to use a mouth rock tumbler would the rocks or your teeth look prettier, smoothed, the roots of the sandcastle teeth skimmed neatly at the top?
